Terms of Service

These terms describe how ExhibitorFind is licensed, how it may be used, and the core responsibilities of both the customer and the service operator.

1. Scope of service

ExhibitorFind is a licensed desktop application used for trade fair data collection, contact enrichment, social scan, list preparation, and controlled outbound email workflows.

2. License model

• Licenses are sold on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Each license may only be activated on the number of devices included in the purchased plan.
• Activation, renewal, and update services may require online validation.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys without permission.
• You may not bypass licensing, reverse engineer the activation flow, or disable security controls.
• You remain responsible for using collected data and outbound messaging in a lawful and compliant manner.

4. Messaging and SMTP responsibility

If you use your own SMTP environment or the separate SMTP Bulk Mail Server service, you are responsible for compliance with local anti-spam, consent, and deliverability requirements.

5. Updates and access

While a valid subscription remains active, customers may receive software updates, compatibility fixes, and access to connected license services. Some features may be limited if a license expires or is suspended.

6. Limitation of liability

ExhibitorFind is provided as a professional software tool, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted service or specific commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, indirect damages, lost profits, and third-party claims are excluded.
