Refund Policy
ExhibitorFind purchases are billed through Paddle. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's billing flow and any applicable consumer protection rules.
1. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact support@exhibitorfind.com and include the email address used during checkout together with your order details.
2. Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
3. Billing provider
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for eligible purchases. In some cases, Paddle may process or confirm the refund directly as part of the billing workflow.

If you believe a charge was duplicated, delivery failed, or a license email did not arrive, contact us and we will review the case quickly.
